Coverage spans residential transaction platforms and services, home equity and specialty finance, mortgage and lending technology, multifamily and property operations software, single-family rental platforms, short-term rental and hospitality businesses, branded furnished apartments, construction and workflow technology, data and analytics, and other technology-enabled services.The team works directly with founders, c-suite executives, and boards of directors on strategic M&A, equity and debt financings, structured capital solutions, IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible securities, and other public and private capital markets transactions. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with investors across the company lifecycle, including venture capital, growth equity, private equity, crossover and hybrid capital providers, private credit and asset-based finance investors, and other alternative investment managers. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
