Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective dispatching of the flight schedule utilizing all training resources like Instructors, aircraft, classrooms and simulators. Maximizing assets and mitigating cancellations is the primary goal. Coordinate and ensure efficient execution by creating a collaborative environment with the Training, Maintenance and Customer Service departments. Adherence to all company and regulatory requirements. Work with maintenance to ensure all inspections and repairs are fulfilled appropriately. Minimum Qualifications 2-year technical degree or Associate degree or college degree in job-related field. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Well-developed analytical, conceptual skills, along with great situational awareness. Able to confidently uphold policies and provide appropriate pushback when needed. Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Previous experience of working within a customer service focused environment. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams. Willingness to learn Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles. Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and completing transactions.
