Your experience will include customer service, sales, human resources management, and retail merchandising. Let's face it; you never know what a job is really like until your try it.Duties may include but are not limited to:Working tasting roomsLearning sales and leadership strategiesGiving feedback to staffOrdering and forecastingAssisting with special events and festivalsPacking club shipmentsLearning pricing strategiesSourcing new vendors and productsControlling inventoryPay is $15 (plus tips on tasting room days) per hour for 30-40 hours per week.
