Position Overview:

IGR is seeking a creative and motivated Volunteer Graphic Designer (unpaid) to join our remote team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our global campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in both static and motion design, and will be responsible for creating compelling graphics and video content to communicate our mission and engage supporters across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visual content for digital and print, including social media graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, and promotional materials

• Produce and edit short videos for social media, fundraising campaigns, events, and program storytelling

• Create motion graphics or animations as needed to enhance video content

• Maintain consistency with IGR’s brand identity across all creative output

• Collaborate with communications, fundraising, and program teams to develop campaign visuals

• Translate complex ideas and data into accessible, visually appealing content

• Prepare design and video assets for various platforms (web, social, email, print)

• Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner
